In partnership with Tyndalwoods Solictors we are creating a memory garden on the grounds. We hope the garden will be a place for people associated with Tyndalwoods or ourselves to come and relax whilst recalling happy memories of their dearly loved companions. Below you can see some pictures showing the garden as it develops. We have ordered three metal benches to be situated on the garden and are currently scouting for a nice water feature.
A huge thanks to everyone at Tyndalwoods. Also a big thank you to Rob, Jan, Kevin, Mandy and Pat, and anyone we may have forgotten, for all the hard work they have put into the garden. We will keep you posted on how the garden progresses. Warm regards, Ray In the early hours of 27th November I received a call about a deer that was hit by a car near Redditch.
I went out and collected the poor thing and kept him wrapped up in some thick duvets over night to let him settle. In the morning when I went to check on him to my amazement he was up and walking around! His legs weren't broken as was expected at the time and he seemed to just be dealing with some shock. So we kept him peaceful and warm with plenty of fresh food and water and kept a close eye on him. After a few days we decided it was best for him to go back to the wild rather than be kept at the centre if there was nothing wrong with him. The vet cleared him and later that evening he was released and boy was he a happy soul. He appeared to look round just before he ran off as if to say thanks for all your help. Very touching indeed. As always a big thank you to all of our supporters for their kind donations as you can see they help in a multitude of ways. Warm regards, Ray |
