 Vaccinations:
In order to board with us your pet must be up to date with their vaccinations, i.e. they must have had their initial round of vaccinations OR a booster to their initial vaccinations within the last 12 months. Also the vaccinations must be completed at minimum 2 weeks prior to coming in to kennels. You must be able to supply their updated vaccination record for inspection when you drop off your pet. If their vaccinations are not up to date, we are unable to accept your pet in for boarding. This is for their own protection.

We DO NOT require vaccination for Kennel Cough at this time. If your dog has had this vaccination, or you wish your dog to have this vaccination, it must be AT LEAST 4 weeks prior to the date that you wish them to board with us, other wise we may be unable to board them. If your pet has had this vaccination you MUST inform us at the time of booking.

Bedding, Food, Toys and other possessions:
Prices include all food and bedding.
You are welcome to bring bedding and toys to make your pet feel more at home, however we cannot guarantee that these items will be returned in the same condition.
We can generally match the diet you feed your pet at home, unless of course it is a prescription diet, in which case we advise you bring a supply of your pets food. For peace of mind you are also welcome to supply your own food even if it is not a prescription diet. Please feel free to supply us details of the feeding regime at home and we will strive to match it exactly.
There is no need to supply us with your leads, harnesses or coats. We have an ample supply of all.

Exercise:
All pens, for both dogs and cats, have an individual exercise area that your pet has access to all day and night.
Dogs are exercised on a Flexi-lead individually, or with other dogs from the same family if requested, daily. We have a large on site exercise area that they are unable to escape from in the unlikely event they got off of their lead.
